My parcel arrived from Singapore and was at the JHB Int. Mail Centre. The JHB Int. Mail Centre send it to the wrong post office twice and now you want to send it back to Singapore. Firstly, I haven't even been notified and Secondly, how can you send it to the wrong branch twice? This is ridiculous. If this item is going to be sent back to Singapore, who is going to pay for the parcel to be sent back AGAIN to South Africa? My parcel no: RI271636555.
