My parcel of goods took less time to get to South Africa from SINGAPORE than it's taken you to deliver it from the airport to a post office. It is RIDICULOUS how you make me hold on the phone for 30 minutes to your mail centre just for the call to be disconnected. "Your call is important to us" - BULL! You are the most incompetent bunch of state employees I've ever come across - and that says a lot! If I could get hold of you I would drive there and pick up my own parcel. FOOLS! May you all have a horrible day and experience as much frustration as you have caused me in every interaction with every human being in your own lives.
