Outgoing mail, at Durmail Hub for 2 weeks

I sent an item to Singapore, but it has been at Durmail hub for 2 weeks now.

Since I am sending it by surface mail, does it wait until the next ship there or is it stuck? I have a tracking number, and it only says "transit"

As I live in Singapore, calling and being on hold is not convenient for me.
