I have receievd numerous calls and letter from Bham Daya and company. Every time they call. i ask for the same thing. provide me with a detailed statememt - refering to the debt that they are claiming I owe.
I sent an email to them requesting this email - dated the 20/06/2013 to [Email Removed] to date i have had nothing. they threaten with reposessing my house, taking legal action.
it is firstly illegal to attach a debtors immovable assets without judiciary supervision. How dare you send me letter of this nature. Yet! you fail to send me a detailsed statement for this account.
All i want is a statement from inception to the last date that payment was made.
What is difficult in providing that. It is my legal right to see a detailed statment and when was the last payment.
Should I not receive the same. I will take this matter further for harrasment.
