I called Reality on the 05/07/13 and 08/07/13 to have them retrieve my movie voucher numbers that I lost when I had my phone repaired and was told that it would be sent to me within 24 hours but this was not done. After my third call, I spoke to Glynnis who promised to get it emailed to me and this was done within an hour of calling her.
