I am a member of reality (Not for long though as they are cons)! According to a promotion that Reality advertises on their website, a member of both Reality and Camaf medical aid qualifies for a 2night stay for two at any Protea Hotel in S.A if the Camaf member completes 5 compulsory tests and consultations with certain specialists. I completed all these tests and consultations and was thus eligible for the voucher. Having contacted both Reality and Camaf seeing that none of these service providers were contacting me to advise where and how this voucher will be sent to me, I was disappointed. The service was appalling to say the least! Incompetence is an understatement.
Numerous phone calls and emails were exchanged between myself and Reality consultants, and it seemed that they were all aloof or unaware of the promotion that appears on their website! I had been told that someone will be in contact to resolve this, a month or so later, still no word from Reality! I have exhausted all avenues to get Reality to be accountable for their own promises, but it seems this particular service provider is not bothered!
OWN UP TO YOUR PROMISES REALITY AND GIVE ME WHAT I RIGHTFULLY EARNED
