We had contacted Appliance world about fixing our washing machine. Ashraf came out looked at the machine said what was wrong and took the machine with him. We couldn't always get a hold of him, he never reponded to sms/ calls. After a month the machine came back we paid him then found it still not working after he promised it was fixed. We had to threaten him with opening a case of at SAPS in order to get the washing machine back. We contacted Speedqueen and they sent somebody out to fix the machine and in 2 days the machine was fixed and working properly. I would advise anybody to please use the professionals, do not use these "professionals" who arent tradesman or good business people. We ended up paying about the same amount of money to speedqueen asa we had to ashraf but with alot less hassle.
