I have had a query since 17 June 2013 addressed to the Customer Care E-mail. Everytime my e-mails are being read by Trasi Holroyd (traced by tracking), but to date I haven't had a response. It makes me question if I would ever get a response from this Company - or would they prefer that I take my business somewhere else?
