Lazy and Incompetent Staff

The service at Lenasia North Post Office has to be the worst in the country. I had several bad experiences there. The staff are lazy, demotivated and incompetent. Today, as I walked in I see them socialising. Only one teller had been operating as I tried unsuccessfully to renew my motor vehicle licence. The lady first asks me to fill in a form even though I had the renewal slip with me. After filling in the form and waiting in a queue to the single teller all over again, she says I need to produce a CK1 doc. I explain to her that I am the proxy of the company and have my ID but she doesn't understand what a proxy is. I have used other licencing authorities and Post Offices to renew before and I have never encountered such ignorance. The Post Office need to either overhaul or skill their staff in this region or stop advertising and providing these sort of services.
