On the 16 March 2013 at 8am I was at the post office in Tramshed as my post box is with them. My renewal was paid late on the day as I am working from Durban my project on studies was within post. I explained to Nomonde that I request the mail as they can access it she told me to come mon. Upon requesting her the cleaner disrespectfully said to her do not give that woman the she must come back mon who does she think she is. That agitated me as the other staff member Linah in venda wear shouted from another counter: Tell her to come mon. I said to Nomonde I will not leave the office without that mail as I drove from Durban for it and their manager Mr De Klerk did assist me previously. I was later attended by the white lady who gave the key to another white lady to open the box as I had paid with penalty for it. The Tramshed black staff are rude I experienced same attitude in 2011 whereby the refused to give my post as I did not have the key and their manager did give me my post. They are incompetent and taking instructions from a teller to give bad client services is proof to that the team there is unprofessional. No skills at all Nomonde said its not her problem I paid late why open
