Shocking service

I signed a contract for a sound system through the entire home. I specified that I was moving to HD DSTV and the decoder, radio, DVD, and Cd players should all play through a single Amplifier. The installation started on the 16th May and to date I have had one week when the system has actually worked. I was without TV until two weeks ago (six weeks later) and it worked through all speakers etc. It worked for a week and currently is not working. I arranged a meeting with the Manager and he arrived an hour and a half late with no apology or message to say he was going to be late. A further meeting was arranged for last night and this time he did not arrive at all. My calls and messages were unanswered and until now I have not heard frm him. I have often had bad service but for me this has been the worst. This was not a cheap excercise and stupidly I paid them last week when the system was working.
