TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE

I bought a decoder at OK Power Express on the 18th from David Merafs. He gave me Collen's details from Settronics -explained that this is the installer that they usually use & we could contact him directly as he is accredited. We called Collen and set up a meeting for 4pm on Tuesday the 20th. We purchased the decoder to use as extra view and needed to pay an addition R1050.00 for the extra cable (25m) and LNB. He arrived almost an hour late - 3 hours later the DSTV was still not working - Colleen explained that there was a problem at M/Choice but that it would work the next day. The next we fixed it ourselves.
I arranged for Collen to come out to us today again as the DSTV in the Main house is not working, at 4pm, I called him and reminded him that we had a meeting, "Yes I'm running late and I don't have airtime" - No Call, No Apology bearing in mind that our initial meeting was almost 3 weeks ago? When I questioned him about the fact that he put second hand part in (LNB and Joined Cable), he explained that it should not matter as the current parts work... I PAID FOR BRAND NEW PARTS??? His total lack of remorse and accountability clearly shows how unprofessional he is!!!
