I sent documents to be couriered on Thursday 27 June. As at today my client has not received the documents. This is giving your business a bad name, CHANGE YOUR COURIER SERVICE, MDS are absolutely pathetic, I have spend exhaustive time on the phone trying to ascertain what is going on. Totally unacceptable and you need to know this as the front line providing a so called courier service. As reference my Tracking number is 1134341.
