TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE IM GETTING FROM FONECHOICE. I RECIEVED A HV NOVA TABLET AND IT DID NOT WORK THE TOUCH SCREEN. IT TOOK YOU THREE WEEKS TO PICK IT UP. THEN I PHONE AND TOLD THEM I WANT A NEW ONE . BUT NO THEY SENT ME THE OLD ONE BACK I PHONE WHEN I RECEIVED IT TELLING THEM KNOW THE SIM CARD IS NOT PICKING UP THE NETWORK. THEY CANT BLAME ITS THE NETWORK FOR I STAY IN THE CITY. I ALSO GOT A NEW SIM CARD TO SEE AND IT ONLY PICKS UP FOR A SHORT WHILE AND THEN IT GOES OFF. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ON MY CELL PHONE FOR I USE THE SAME SIM THERE. I HAVE WAITED FOR THE SUPERVISER TO PHONE ME ITS KNOW DAY 6 SO, YOU CAN PLEASE COME AND FETCH THIS PEACE OF JUNK. FOR IT DOES NOT WORK. IVE ALSO PUT A STOP ORDER AGAINST YOU SO YOU CANT TAKE OFF ANY MONEY IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK, FOR I DONT WANT THIS ANYMORE IM NOT GETTING THE SERVICE I SHOULD GET FROM YOU. YOU TOOK THE MONEY OFF THE FIRST TIME WITH OUT ME HAVE THE TABLET FOR THAT WENT BACK FOR THE TOUCH SCREEN DID NOT WORK.

I HAVE PHONE FONECHOICE NEARLY EVERYDAY TO FOUND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IM GETTING KNOW WERE. I HAVE WASTED OVER R300.00 ON CALLS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.
