Fonechoice contacted me and offered me a contract on a Tablet, I took it with excitement. When i received the tablet, it was not doing what i expected it to do in short, i was not happy with it, i then called and cancelled the contract. Fonechoice sent their corrier to collect it, it was returned on time. A month late i was debited with the monthly premiun of R248. I was puzzled then contacted them and i was only told then that they are still busy with the cancellation, later i was told that a cable and a memory card was missing.
I returned all items which were there, the parcel was checked by the corrier person and he then sealled it in their corrier packadging.
I am contantly harrased by your collection department insisting that i need to send then a proof of cancellation otherwise they will continue to call me for collection.
This is really a day light and dissapointing to be treated in such by a long known brand. I have therefore, refused to continue to be Homechoice/fone choince customer.
I request that my cancellation should be finalised to avoid my name being blacklisted for something i dont have.
