We tried to redeem our paid for groupon massage vouchers but couldn`t owing to there being no availabilities in the next 5 days before the vouchers expired.
We then suggested / requested either extending the redemption period, or refunding us, to which the manager / owner Ravesh refused and told us rudely to either have booked earlier or contact Groupon directly - wasn`t prepared to help & after voicing our disappointment and anger, he told us to "F off then" & hung up - a classy touch Ravesh, sure your parents must be proud of you.
That arrogance & vulgarity is unprofessional and uncalled for Panee Thai Spa - poor show.
