Ordered kitchen chairs (Italian product Scab- Diva chair): found product via their website.
Cape Town branch, Melanie took order, advised us of delivery date. Ever so often an email kept us informed of the progress of order.
On product arrival in SA we were advised of date and time of delivery to our house.
Delivery to SA and our house was exactly as we were told
One chair leg was slightly wobbly- it was immediately re-ordered and we had use of the wobbly chair until its replacement duly arrived (again we were kept informed all the way from order to delivery)
Absolute pleasure to deal with the company, the chair looks even better than the picture on the website and was well priced- coupled with excellent service- a joy.
