About 3 months ago I noticed that my pool pump was not working properly and it also seemed that my pool had sprung a leak somewhere.
I contacted various pool companies over the last 3 months and the total cost of repairs ran close to R2500.00 but my problem was still persistent.
I went to Riaan pools to get them to come and give me a quote on repairing my system. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I spoke to a gentleman called Jean, he informed me that Riaan pools does not do any "outside work" but offered to assist me in any way possible. The gentleman asked me about my problem and proceeded to explain to me how the pump and filter system works. He explained every aspect to me in the most efficient manner. After about 15 minutes of talking to Jean he supplied me with a rubber seal, 3 bags of sand, an O-ring for my pump along with clear instructions on what to do. I went home and did everything as was explained to me. I am happy to report that my pool is now in 100% working condition, not a leak in sight and the pump is operating at full capacity. The best part was that it only cost me around R300.00
