That is what your consumer rights states... however your consumer rights do not apply to them... I purchased a Nail printer in August 2012 to the value of R16065-00 from Airbrush, Makeup and nails... the machine arrived damaged and up till now I am still fighting to have my machine replaced or to receive a refund. I was due to start my own small business with this printer and I have been unemployed since then... Unless you are prepared to spend tons of cash on lawyers you get nowhere... The government consumer forums are a joke as well!
