Where Do I begin! I have been a subscriber of the DB5 Aston Martin since the beginning of the offer and a subscriber of the DC Chess Collection from issue 4, I have made numerous calls to the call centre over the last year regarding their terrible service and no delivery of my parts, the payment comes off every month with no delays, but I never get any of my issues. to date I am still waiting for parts for the DB5 even though the subscription has been completed, I have just reached boiling point as I was told that two issues of my DC Chess collection were at the Randburg post office to be collected, received the tracking number and went to collect it today, just to be told that the parcel was at the Johannesburg Post Office in Kensington!! this is just 1 of the numerous gripes I have experienced with Eaglemoss, I don't want an apology, I hear that every time I call in, I want this resolved... NOW!!! I have had enough, your service is pathetic!!! sort this out now! I am done speaking to call centre reps, If you go through my customer profile, you will have an idea of how many times I have called in, this had become a nightmare!! I will be calling in on Monday to arrange a meeting!
