SA Post Office
OVERCHARGE ON CUSTOM DUTIES

I have received more than 3 parcels from a Tokyo based company. On collection, charges have never added up to more than R180. On collection of my last parcel, charges add up to more than R5000. The people at the post office The Reeds, cannot assist me and keep referring me to EMS. For the past 2 weeks my parcel has been at the post office, and I cannot collect until these charges have been investigated.

I have sent numerous enquiries on [URL Removed] NO response. I have called their customer service line numerous times. NO answer!
