I would like lay a complain about the double deal offer.
on 22 may 2013 between 09:00 & 09:15 i spoke to a lady called ntombi Hadebe.
she called me and did her false sales pitch about the free servicesyou get when you join the double deal.
i went to 1 of the resturants and i was told i needed to pay for my meal yet she said it was absolutetly free.
i asked several times and she said its for free i have the recording and she also said their calls are recorded.
if this is the kind of you get when i thought it was real, then how many people have been tricked.
you dont want to find your company in the wrong side of Law.
cancel my account and refund my R220.
i dont need to see any funds being debited on my account.
