Unauthorised debit order on my account

Coast to Coast International have illegally debitted my account with R399.00
My bank, Nedbank, insists that this is an FNB problem.
FNB says it is not their problem - I must speak to Coat to Coast.
Coast to Coast don't answer any of the numbers the banks have listed...
Yet another that the banks are allowing to be perpetrated on those of us who can ill-afford it.
