ACCOUNT DEBITED AFTER CANCELLATION & FALSE INFO

I have never used this double deal even though my account has been debited countless times but now that i want to cancel, its impossible to do so. They dont even provide an email address, we dont have airtime to always be calling you. I sent an email to your manager or whoever it is to cancel my membership but my account was debited in January. For what? Please refund me asap and stop calling me cos your agents think they can fool us. I dont want anything to do with Double Deals, what a rip off and my friends will be unsubscribing as well.
