Hi everyone.
Let me start by saying i buy often online especially international as we know it is sometimes generally cheaper.
I understand the rules of customs and excise and duties etc. We need to pay these taxes.
But i hate the fact i am wiling to pay the custom duties payable when these at Cape Mail dont come to the party. They are such a useless bunch of tools, they require to submit proof of invoice but they dont answer the phone, when i get through i hear that waiting tone, i am almost the behind the call is probably playing Solitaire.
I have had two parcels lost and whilst in the custody of Cape Mail...
thats the service and intellect we are dealing with her folks.
Whats the use of having a phone when you guys never answer, its service like this that make people ask questions about why we should be paying customs or tax coz u guys!!
Go on strike and demand higher wages... for wat??? u guys dont deserve a salary.
Fruitless and WASTEFUL expenditure is what the Post ofiice is...
