Cape Mail Foreign Parcels Unreachable!

I need to submit invoices for foreign parcels and the fax number for Cape Mail has been out of order for days now : 021 534 5917. They don't answer the telephones lines either 021 5905712 etc.
As if your strike at Wits and Tshwane Hubs are not BAD enough you're also unable to deliver our foreign parcels at Cape Mail either.
How much lower can SAPO's service sink?
