What a great way to treat a client!!!

Apparently because I am such a bad client my overdraft was decreased by R3000??? I, of course, received no notification of this small detail!!! No one at Nedbank is able to tell me why I was not notified. This is really a professional way to treat a long standing client. It is a sad day when you just become an account number and nothing more. I am grateful that when I worked in the banking industry we still had integrity and valued our clients. How times have changed!!! I will be moving my accounts i.e. business, personal, credit card and merchant card machines. Starting tomorrow with my business account. Enough is enough!!!
