Shocking service. Waited 45 minutes to be helped, only to be attended to by the rudest staff member I have EVER met. One of the owners (a daughter) walked straight past and ignored us multiple times). We asked for help four or five times. When we were helped the woman flat out told me she can't do what I asked about and then still assumed I wanted to order from them... Even though she wanted to charge me R4000 for a cake! I got other quote ideas from different bakeries that the cake would cost just over a grand. They have a huge ego after their tv show it appears. It's sad. Have always been a fan, but am never going there again after that experience.
