After 2 years of very light indoor use (as slippers), my fleece-lined suede boots' soles began crumbling, causing the uppers to come apart from the stitched-on rubber soles. I contacted Tsonga and was asked to email them some photos of the problem, which I did. They promptly instructed me to post the boots to their repair centre. I did so early last month and received the repaired boots sporting brand new soles via courier yesterday morning, by month-end. Thanks Tsonga!
