A warning to ALL SAPO users their advertised speed services rates are a lie
in my case a parcel weighing 2.806kg and volumetric weigh 0.889 kg was charged R214.57 for counter to door service when CLEARLY indicated in their 2013/2014 rates book at R176.60 for a 3kg parcel.
if someone from the SA post office could please explain the discrepancy, as this does make a big difference for online businesses that need to post their products to buyers.
