I did my French acrylic overlays at Dream Nails 2 weeks ago. During the treatment I told the therapist that the product is lumpy. I also mentioned that the product wasn't white enough. The next day I found that 7 nails had product lifting. I called the salon&told them what happened &They said they would fix it and not refund me. I then went to the store the following week to fix it then I was told I had to come in the same week of the treatment to fix the nails (which was never mentioned to me). They then refused to fix the nails and told me that they didn't want to use the same product on my nails because I complained about it... so which product would they have used had I went back in the first week? Not the same one? Then I was told the best they could do is soak it off when they promised fix it. I didn't pay R350 only to soak it off! It's been 2 weeks& I STILL haven't received any response from management. MANAGEMENT WAS NEVER AVAILABLE.I called head office ¬ even they could assist me! Attitude of staff and management is pathetic. I have never experienced such disgusting client care. MOST IMPORTANTLY MY NAILS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN FIXED NEITHER HAVE I BEEN COMPENSATED FOR IT
