Bought a pack of nappies at Pnp promenade. Opened the pack, checked two and realised it doesn't stick. Called kimberley clark the woman said she will send me a voucher to replace the pack, so I asked what about the inconvenience caused and remember I'm using my airtime to call u as I'm calling from a cellphone to which she replied well I am sending you a voucher to replace the pack we are only suppose to send you a R40 voucher because you only checked 2 and you should call from a landline then its free then I said I don't have a landline so?! Just want to get tehinical quick! When do you buy a new pack of nappies? When the current pack is nearly done. When do you open the new pack? When you finished the previous pack! Now tell me what the heck do you do when the nappy doesn't stick and its ten o clock at night? For that inconvenience, wasting my time and using my airtime I ATLEAST expect you to replace my pack and give me another or a voucher for a certain amount off the next pack! And by the way not a single nappy in the pack sticks I checked after the call. Also note the woman who spoke to me wasn't rude however I expect more sympathy!
