Having experienced trouble placing an on-line order, I advised Econo-Heat that my transactions repeatedly errored out before completion. I sent a message via their website around 21h30.By 20h00 I had received a reply and a most generous offer of making good on my intended purchases.By lunch time the next day I had my items in hand. To be honest, I found the whole experience quite startling - I am not *very* often left speechless by customer service - but now I just feel a bit more positive about the world, business and my fellow humans.
