WDC Marketing Investmetns sell oxygen at homes. The sales agent came to my house and presented to me and my mother. I agree to buy the masjine at R200 per months for 3 years. After I signed the contract the sales agent phoned Mr. Crouse and said I have to pay R7000 in cash. I said that is not the agreed terms and he said he would cancel the contract. The sales agent talk directly to him infront of us and witnesses. After the contract was signed he then said it would be R9000 if on credit. I told him its a break of the agreement and that the deal was off. The sales agent agreed with Mr Crouse to reverse the transaction. Since then 3 payments went from my credit card. He bluntly ignored all my calls, emails and colleages messages. I gave him about 50 calls. Since today I dont have the product and he is not reversing the debit facility on the credit card. The bank said I just contact the legal department at the bank as they can reverse a debit order from a debit card but not a credit card.
