Their website is hopelessly out of date

I have tried nearly all the phone numbers on the Appliance City website, as I want to know if they have a certain microwave in stock. All the numbers go to other shops, some not at all affiliated with Appliance City, some being Dial A Bed (which is connected to Appliance City)

In all cases I have spoken to disgruntled employees who are rather confused about my calling Appliance City.
Even their head office number directs you to Dial A Bed!

I eventually got the number to some branch/ corporate admin office of Appliance City, whereupon they directed me to 'Solly' who didn't answer his phone and it went to voice mail instead of back to reception. At this point I just left it at that, and decided to get the same microwave from Metro Home City for the same price.

I see this as a lucky near miss for me as if I HAD gotten the microwave from Appliance City, considering how hard it is to reach them as a POTENTIAL customer (which is usually the easy part), who knows how a potential actual service problem would be handled!
