Policy #:MGM 9688
I had a maintenance plan with warranty solutions for up to 90 000km. They refused to pay for my brake pads when I took in my car for the 90 000 km service at Ford in Vanderbijlpark on 17/01/2013.

Section 4.3.1 of the maintenance plan makes provision for cover up to 1500km on service overrun. I had an overrun of 599km.

Please help me recover the amount that I had to pay.
