I took my generator to Ryobi to be looked at since it would not start. Right from my first telephonic request, to the reception desk, the repairs manager and the man who actually cleaned it and got it going again, I received prompt, kind, courteous, and informative service. And the cherry on top - I was not charged a cent. This in an industry where one is often dismissed as a woman. Not so Ryobi Midrand - thank you for fantastic, good old fashioned service - a rarity these days!!
