An electric Ryobi lawnmower became dysfunctional under warranty and returned to Builders Warehouse Faerie Glen, which returned it to Stevens & Co Ryobi. For various reasons reaction was delayed for quite some time. On escalating the matter by e-mail to Mr Bezuidenhout on 9th January 2014 by e-mail I received a phone call within an hour after sending the e-mail. He informed me that a new mower is supplied and requested that I must fetch same at Builders Warehouse. This friendly and professional service deserves special recommendation.
