Want to be UNSUBSCRIBED from a service

I urgently want to UNSUBSCRIBE from a service of which I became subscribed to by accident. Wapbill sent me an SMS message on 23 March 2013 at 9:45, indicated that I am unsubscribed from all services: "FreeMSG: Thank you for calling Wapbill customer support. You have been removed from all services. Please allow up to 24hr for all message to stop". However, they still deduct the daily fee of R20 from my airtime. There is no way that I can contact them, however, I found a tel no: 021-300-9895.
