Very, Very bad service all round

This is my third complaint about the same parcel, RI269764670ZA.
It has been lying there for a month and a half now.
I did sent an email to customer services and also no response.
I did sent the invoice as requested (4 times) but the parcel seems to be glued to the rack.
What more must a person do?
