What a atrocious comeback
So I have logged a complaint about the service only to get a phone call from them, apparently now throwing accusations around (to our the management of the company) that I for one haven't paid and my dates are wrong therefore its all . Well I have news for you. I have a faxed report from my medical aid proving that they paid, and I have an debit order statement from my bank that payment has indeed been made to them. I have e-mail conversations with the dates I specified as to with when they where here, and when we were told of the new date for the retest. Thus I have hard proof that I am not lying and that I indeed paid for something I still don't have. So trying to phone the company and now making falls accusation is really going to resolve this situation and the fact that I will now even more never ever going thru them again.
