I tried to make an appointment with my usual hair dresser, I was informed by Valerie Moodley that he no longer worked there. On asking if he had a forwarding number she didn't have that. I didn't have him in my contacts list so I phoned back asking for his surname, they couldn't remember although he had worked there since 2011. I had to phone back 5 minutes later so that they could find out.
I spent about half an hour trying to find his number through Facebook / Linkedin.. getting irritated I phoned Rolf Offerman again asking how they couldn't have any contact number for him. Eventually Valerie gave me his number begrudgingly, upon asking why she couldn't do that in the first place.. she just mumbled and side stepped the question.
I don't care on what terms he left Rolf Offerman! The fact is this branch messed me around (one of their loyal clients) for over half an hour!
I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE ROLF OFFERMAN. I AM SO DISGUSTED IN THE BEHAVIOUR I RECEIVED TODAY!
