I had purchased a GHD from Rolf Offerman Gateway for only 7 Months now, and my GHD has packed up, it refuses to come on. I went back to Rolf offerman to get a refund or a replacement, but according to the manager from rolf offerman, I need to contact GHD, and they cannot give me a refund or replace my GHD. I have contacted GHD, a lady by the name of Candice Whittaker has assisted me. She asked me for all my details and I have sent it through, but the turn around time which is 48 hours really . the courier services have not contacted me yet, which has been 24 hours, and I need my GHD urgently. What can seriously be done about this as this is not good customer service.
I would like to receive a response asap, as this is very urgent.
