DELIVERY ISSUE!!!

DEAR HELLO PETER,
Parcel was posted from South Coast on 09/04/2013 and sitting in the Hub Tshwane since 12/04/2013. Can not reach the Garsfontein Post Office, the number is engaged or out of order!!! Can not be able to find contact number for the Hub. Left my number at the Post office Garsfontein to come back to me on the progress- still waiting since Monday 15/04/2013. What we paying for Registered Mail? Service is unacceptable 10 days later and parcel nowhere to be seen. MY TRACKING NUMBER: RD 782704626ZA
