I wish to follow up on a parcel which was to be delivered to the White River Post Office. On its arrival there, I was not notified of its arrival, and have now discovered that it has been returned to sender and that it has been at the Cape Mail Hub for the past 3 weeks, 'in transit'.
This is completely unacceptable as I am in need of the contents of that package urgently. I would be happy if you could ensure that it would be resent to the White River Post office, and ensure that I am NOTIFIED upon its arrival.
