Package Returned

I went to collect a package at the post office today and to my horror found out I have been a couple of days too late and you guys have send it back.

My post gets delivered to a post box which I am not always able to check once a month. Can't you guys have send me a 70 cent sms versus sending it all the way back to the United States?

I don't think both parties gained anything from this. I lost a R1000 parcel and you sitting with the costs of shipping it all the way back to the states, and also a very unhappy customer...
