On the 20/12/12 I collected my domestic HP washer from the service centre after repairs were to be carried out.
On the 23rd I unwrapped the plastic and started to clean my concrete paving only to have oil pouring out of the unit all over the paving. On the 2/1/13 I returned the unit to have the fault repaired with no apology for the inconvenience. On or about the 7th, it was collected. Today (19th) I turn it on for the first time to find that the unit is worse than before I took it in the first time. Does K? rcher reimburse the expense of petrol and time taken off work each time they mess up. If it weren't for this service centre having a monopoly, they would be out of business! If my business operated like this, clients would never return. Let's see how they do the 3rd time.
