I ordered a Kipor generator through these clowns and found out I was the clown with egg in my face!
They became blatantly rude as time progressed and I spoke to Kipor SA today who confirmed they (Zak Power) haven't supplied a generator in the last 5 years! In other words the take money from people and don't supply the goods. Had the Hawks phone them, nothing! "Open a case of at your nearest police station Mr. Janson"
We paid 90% of the total value of R55000. I ordered this for my parents that is retired and my father is a stroke patient. The need a generator in case of a power failure.
We haven't received anything and had a family member pay them a visit and they are bottom feeders on the lowest end of the food chain.
Don't order anything over the Internet, unless you know where there factory is and make sure you deal direct with brand representative.
Lessons learnt!!
I want to ask if any legal action is taking place and if I can join this as I have proof of all payments and conversation via email.
