I have a package due to arrive from the US. I read online that I could send an email to Ben Blignaut for feedback on the status thereof. I did so, but with the expectation not to even hear back from Ben or get a response in a day's time or so. To my surprise and amazement, I received a response within minutes of sending it! It wasn't the news I wanted but it was accurate and so fast and friendly! Thank you so much Ben, you have made my SAPO experience great thus far.
