I am at my wits end.
I sent this package to Atlanta on the 20th of December and it still hasn't arrived.
I keep getting told to contact EMS but they either put me on hold or just don't answer.
I emailed customer service on the 6th of Feb, got a reply from Ben Blignaut, referring the query to Thandi Ntuli
and haven't heard anything since.
Emailed 3 times since (I've given up on phoning) and nothing.
